Workstations for rent to small Businesses and Organisations

Workstations have the following facilities:

  • Computer with Microsoft Office, Internet connection, in-tray and notice board
  • Printer and telephone extension line is also available
  • 12 Hour Access Monday to Friday, and Weekends on request
  • Filing Cabinet
  • Video entry phone system
  • The use of the kitchen
  • The basic cost of a workstation is £200 per month

Telephone connection and call costs are not included in the rent. Single businesses will be invoice based on the report of their telephone extension line usage.

Training/Meeting rooms available for hire and Office space/Workstations for rent

Capacity for 23 people, flipchart & projector plus catering facilities.

Hiring fees:
£30 per hour - first hour
£25 per hour additional
£80 Half day (3 hours)
£185 Full day (7 hours)
£350 Two days
