The Urban Partnership Group provides a discreet and professional disclosure service to help organisations make confident and informed decisions when recruiting people into positions of trust. Currently two levels of Disclosure, Standard or Enhanced, are available from the CRB, the level available being dependant on the role to be undertaken.
The Urban Partnership Group CRB team will:
- Register your organisation free of charge
- Advise and assist with the identification process and completion of the application forms to ensure the information it contains is accurate
- Check and validate the information provided by the applicant on the application form
- Check, countersign and submit the applications
- Collate and return outcomes of the Disclosure Certificates

Standard CRB checks are carried out primarily for posts that involve contact with children or vulnerable adults. Enhanced CRB checks are for posts involving a greater degree of contact with children or vulnerable adults, such as regularly caring for, supervising, training or being in sole charge of groups or individuals. Examples include Teachers, Child Minders and Crèche Workers.
