HEALTH & WELLBEING PROJECT OFFICER

Urban Partnership Group is seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Project Officer to support the delivery of a range of wellness projects within its Health and Wellbeing Services portfolio. We use Asset Based Community Development approach which recognizes the existing strengths and assets of local individuals and communities to promote sustainable community-driven development at neighborhood level (hyper-localities).

The post holder is expected to provide comprehensive project management support and administrative coordination to projects delivered by staff and volunteers in our health and wellbeing hubs in the London Borough of Hammersmith and Fulham, namely, Addison, Edward Woods, and Parkview. We are seeking a highly motivated individual committed to reducing inequalities, with a friendly and non-judgmental approach. Occasional out-of-hours and weekend work is required.

This is a full time post on a one-year contract with possibility of extension.

The closing date for this post is 5 pm on Sunday 31 August 2022.
