Health and fitness classes are a key part of our services across all our centres. The varied programme includes dance classes, gym, table tennis, badminton, football, aikido, yoga, boxing, children’s ballet and performing arts. The options are unlimited, and because we have a range of instructors that hire our facilities, the programme changes on a termly basis. Classes cater for beginners and give you the opportunity to improve your health and realise your potential.

The Masbro Centre venue has a light, carpeted, mirrored studio complete with a bar for a ballet classes and both Masbro and Edward Woods Centre have large indoor sports halls.

DYNAMIC HATHA YOGA

Azra’s class is a dynamic flowing ‘vinyasa’ style of moving on the breath combined with long held poses, finishing with breathing and guided relaxation. Azra’s aim is to give all her students the confidence, knowledge and inner awareness to develop their own practice.

With over 5 years experience of teaching their fitness regime around the globe, Theo and Solo present PNP FITNESS.

Their private studio is located in the heart of West London at the Masbro Centre, and offers a wide range of services.  These include bespoke, qualified, personal and group training as well as classes for youth and adults. PNP teach their clients and students how to master and manipulate their bodyweight using the PNP philosophy.

They are unique in their ability to develop unparalleled upper body strength by breaking down different bodyweight movements into the following categories; power, technique, endurance and mobility.
