Could you use some help with parenting? Sign up for Parent Gym. Parent Gym is a course of 6 work shops packed with practical tips and techniques to make family life easier and to help your children thrive. This course is for parents with children age 2 through 11 years old. Sessions will be running on Monday 10am from the 3rd June.
Masbro Senior Family Outreach Worker, Houraa El-Hassani received the True Honour Award 2019 Recognition of Outstanding Work to prevent honour based violence & domestic abuse amongst women and girls.
San Shou Kuan is a practical Chinese martial art that incorporates traditional forms, competitive fighting and weapons training (for the senior students). A typical class incorporates warm up, stretching; drills, group and individual coaching, pad work, free and fixed sparring. This class suits mature teenagers and adults.
Join the Addison Maternity Champions Coffee Mornings every Friday Morning from 9:30am to 11:30am at Charecroft Community Hall. Support to new parents and parents-to-be, before and after birth. Maternity Champions are trained volunteer who are able to help parents from pregnancy to the first year.
