This vibrant community centre houses a wide range of activities for families, individuals and elders living in the local area. Activities include Healthy Hearts cook and eat, a weight loss programme, Diabetes prevent programme, and exercise activities, such as Dance 4 Fit, Zumba, Box Fit for women, street dance for children 5 years of age and over, Taekwondo and NHS blood donation. Our coffee mornings, chair exercise classes and yoga sessions are aimed at older people in the community. The Parkview community and maternity project regularly run mental health awareness and baby massage sessions.
The centre provides community spaces for hire and offices to rent to local organisations to run activities for the community in White City and the surrounding areas.
